Filing: Seattle VC firm Graham & Walker raising a new fund
Graham & Walker, a Seattle-based venture firm that invests in early stage tech companies across North America, is raising its second fund, according to a SEC filing.
- The filing indicates a $15 million fund. Leslie Feinzaig, founder and CEO at Graham & Walker, declined to comment when contacted by GeekWire.
- The firm raised $10 million for its first fund in 2021. Before launching a fund, the group was known as Female Founders Alliance, serving as a network for female founders.
- Its portfolio includes Seattle-based companies such as gift-wrap service Tokki; climate tech startup Planette; mapping startup Proxi, and adoption platform PairTree.
